Chicken Lasagna
CHICKEN LASAGNA (1st layer) 9-12 lasagna noodles - cooked (2nd layer) Sauce 1/3 cup butter 8 oz. pkg sliced fresh mushrooms (optional) 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon seasoning salt 1 teaspoon lemon juice - Saute for 5 minutes. Then stir in: 1/3 cup flour Add 1 chicken boulion cube 3 1/2 cups milk - stirring constantly 2 chicken breasts - cooked and cubed (about 2 cups) 1/3 cup parsley (optional) (3rd layer) 2 packages shredded mozerella cheese. Arrange one layer of noodles in parralles strips in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Top with 1/3 of the sauce/meat mixture, sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. |
